The Color Run Wellington

A couple of months ago I ventured out with my camera to the Color Run (The Happiest 5km on the Planet) that was held in Wellington as I wanted to see what it was all about. It was a very cool idea, every 1km the entrants run though these different color stations, pink, yellow, red, blue and orange. Where volunteers throw coloured powder all over them. It was quite amazing to watch and shoot. The down side was that I came home looking like a unicorn has thrown up all over me. But it was worth as it got some pretty cool photos along the way.

Natasha and Graeme’s Gold Coast Wedding

This wedding did not go as I had expected, as I turned up as a guest, and left as the wedding photographer. For some random unknown reason the actual wedding photographer, picked up and left right after the ceremony. And before everything turned to tears, I jumped in to help out and shoot the bridle party after the ceremony. I then shot the rest of the day, with one camera, one lens, one memory card and one battery. The camera battery died, just after the final shot. What a day !!
